Cellmark Paper saw the potential in a small mill on the Flambeau River in Park Falls, Wisconsin. They forged a unique and exclusive relationship with the mill to produce recycled paper. The pulp mill is 100% clorine-free and ISO compliant, and the paper is elemental chlorine-free. The result is Flambeau River Paper, the whitest paper available made with up to 30% post-consumer waste. The re-opened mill got off to a good start with a major order from the Government Printing Office (GPO) that required paper of that grade and recycled content.
